Relational, Trauma-Informed
1:1 Coaching

This work is for people who want ongoing, attuned support to recover, explore and grow.

Life can feel heavy, hard, complex and overwhelming, especially if you are thoughtful, responsible, and caring.

I offer a steady, relational presence so you do not have to navigate this alone. Together, we create a space where you can ground yourself, notice your patterns, explore what matters, and respond with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

Who this is for

This work is for you if you:

  • Feel stressed, exhausted, often disregulated or stuck in loops of overthinking.

  • Have done personal development or self work on your own, yet realise it is not enough.

  • Want a trusted, long-term partner who can think with you over time, beyond what colleagues, friends, or family are able to offer.

  • Are thoughtful, responsible, and reflective, yet may feel lonely, undervalued, or overlooked.

  • Realise they need good ‘tools’, new perspectives, or different frames to support growth or next steps in their work or career.

  • Are navigating a significant life or work transition, or slowly recognising that something has to change.

  • Want to nurture curiosity, insight, and growth alongside recovery and grounding

  • Carry responsibility for others and need a relational container to feel safe

What to expect

Each person’s journey is different, and the work is always tailored to your context. In sessions, you can expect:

  • A safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to reflect.

  • Support untangling complex situations, patterns, and emotions.

  • Collaborative exploration of tools, perspectives, practices, and approaches.

  • Presence attuned to your nervous system to help you stay grounded and supported.

What we do together

Together, we focus on what matters most and make space to notice and experiment with change.

  • Make sense of what’s happening.

  • Notice patterns in how you relate, decide, and protect yourself, including blindspots and trauma histories or recovery needs if relevant.

  • Explore your situation, history, and wider context with care.

  • Identify strengths and experiment with small, practical shifts in work, leadership, and life.

  • Build the internal and relational support to allow curiosity, insight, recovery, and growth to emerge.

How I work

  • Trauma‑informed and nervous‑system aware: we go at a pace that feels safe, not overwhelming.

  • Relationally present: I pay attention not just to what you say, but how your system responds over time.

  • Integrative: We may use reflection, embodiment, strengths or values work, and occasionally light AI tools for brainstorming or journaling, but the work that matters is always relational, human, and cannot be automated.

  • Flexible and collaborative: You choose what feels helpful, and we shape each session and rhythm together.

  • Bring a wide range of tools and approaches to support you.

Practicalities & Investment

  • Sessions are 60 minutes (NZD 220 plus GST).

  • Online via Zoom (from Aotearoa New Zealand, time zone friendly for many regions).

  • Flexible rhythms depending on context and budgets: E.g. some people book a single session, others a 4-session arc over 2–3 months, and others go for regular weekly, biweekly or monthly.

Accessibility & flexible options:

  • One or two reduced-fee spaces may be available.

  • No long contracts or obligations. Payment via Xero, bank transfer, or PayPal.
